Should the United States Intercede in Pakistan?

The Taliban is 60 miles outside of the capital of Pakistan. Should we be concerned? General Petraeus credited about 300 of Pakistan's Frontier Corps with driving the Taliban militants out of the Buner area . But many of the locals claim many of the local Taliban are still in place.

How safe is their nuclear arsenal? Why does the Pakistani army continue to prepare to fight India?

Should we intercede?

Heck yeah we should be concerned. I'm concerned with Pakistan having nukes let alone the taliban. I wouldn't really trust anything that the Pakistan government say, they just want to make sure that they don't seem weak.

we should absolutely be concerned. I agree with phil. Im a little worried with Pakistan having nukes, and i dont think its safe at all. We dont know what their government has going on, or what the taliban is up to. we should be very concerned about this, and hope we dont get nuked anytime soon

I say get out. Why be concerned with matters that don't directly affect us? We supposedly did whatever we could to get rid of the Taliban before and obviously it was for nothing. I say, only intercede if we are dragged into this mess.
