What will it take to form a coalition?

What will it take to form a large enough coalition to pass a health care reform bill? Will moderate Republicans or conservative Democrats join in? Republican Senator Olymbia Snowe from Maine approved the bill in senate finance committee. Will she continue to support it? She is not in favor of a pubic option.

What provisions will likely be included in the final bill?
