15 of 20 AIG executives are returning their bonuses?
With the Obama announcement the Dow shot up 497 points?
Wall Street or Main Street? Who should be celebrating?
With toxic assests weighing down the banks, will Obama's plan work?
What about Obama's style? Is he just too "cool?"

I think it is a good thing that the AIG workers are giving it back but i highly doubt the announcement was the reason for the dow going up. But i would say that it would be a victory for the stock markets knowing that the stock went up. Now when the stocks go up it is a victory!
Oh and rod, Obama isnt too cool, Im too cool!
Go State!
Its a good thing that the executives are giving back their bonuses. And Obamas plan isnt going to work. Nothing he does for the next 4 years is going to work because i said so. Obama is pretty cool though since he filled out his bracket which is doing pretty decent
GO STATE
_ _ _ _ _ State
That is ridiculous that the executives are returning the bonuses. It was a legal obligation of AIG to pay them just so they wouldn't leave the company when hard times struck. The retention bonus seems to be fair compensation to me because they had the chance to leave AIG, but they decided to go "down with the ship" and get a bad rep for it. Who's really going to want to hire them now since they stayed with the company and became the ones to blame?
Everyone prospers with the stock market going up, except for those on the outside looking in. Party up, America.
Obama is a pretty cool dude. I like that he drinks a beer at a Bulls-Wizards game and that he has fun making jokes on late night talk shows. He might take some scrutiny for it, but it's alright with me.
